On 09.09.2009, Metaquotes has finished the development of the long awaited Metatrader 5 platform, and closed beta testing was started. Several members of the MQL4 community received the beta for testing and bug finding. The reason for this is that Metaquotes will fix all critical bugs that are not found yet by the development team, before the Metatrader 5 beta will be released for public testing.
According to MQL4 forum staff, the open beta will start soon, and we must follow the news. Maybe 10.10.2009? :) But if you have some friend(s) in the closed beta-testing group, you might be lucky to try the beta out before that.
